Terms of Service

1. The Service
Prestige VIP (“we”, “us”) provides pre-booked, chauffeur-driven vehicle transfers across South East Queensland and Northern New South Wales. All bookings are confirmed and paid for in full at the time of booking via our website.
2. Pricing
Prices shown at booking are fixed and GST-inclusive, and include applicable tolls. Surcharges for night travel (10pm–6am) and public holidays are calculated and disclosed before payment. Post-trip charges may apply for excess waiting time or additional stops not included in the original booking, in line with the rates published on our website, and will be charged to the card saved at booking.
3. Cancellations
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation Policy.
4. Passenger Conduct
Passengers must behave in a manner that does not endanger the safety of the chauffeur, vehicle or other road users. We reserve the right to terminate a trip without refund in the case of dangerous, abusive or illegal conduct.
5. Liability
To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any loss arising from the Service is limited to the value of the booking in question. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
