When you make a booking, we collect your name, phone number, email address, pickup and drop-off addresses, flight number (where relevant), and payment details. Payment details are collected and processed directly by Stripe — we do not store your card details.
How We Use It
We use this information to plan and deliver your booked transfer, send booking confirmations and calendar invites, process payment, and contact you about your trip (including flight delays).
Third Parties
We share booking information with the service providers that power our booking system: Stripe (payment processing), Google (address lookup and route calculation), and our email provider (booking confirmations). Each processes data under its own privacy policy.
Data Retention
We retain booking records for as long as required for accounting and legal purposes.
